All commercial entries have an entry fee of $150 (or $75 if business is located inside the IDL).
Payments can be made via check, cash, credit card or PayPal. Fee must be submitted the same day of application.
Applications are not considered complete until payment is received.
The entry fee is waived for nonprofits and community/school groups.
If your entry contains more than one participant under the age of 18, please contact bluedomedistrict.tulsa@gmail.com for additional release information and forms.
The Blue Dome District Mardi Gras Parade set-up and preparations will begin at 5:30pm. The parade will start at 7pm on March 5th, 2019. Set up details will be sent via email to all participants before the event.

That the above is eligible as entered, and to release and hold harmless the management, or any of its members or agents, and/or the owners or manager of the grounds or location of where the event is held, from any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation of the above entry in this event.
That throwing or distributing beads or any type of item from floats or any type of vehicle is prohibited and violators may be banned from continuing the parade.
That parade participants are allowed to walk alongside the crowd and hand out candy or other approved items, but are not allowed to walk near other floats or vehicles.
That all parade units must maintain a slow forward motion during the parade, and that no reverse direction moves are allowed at any time.
That persons riding on floats or vehicles will not be allowed to get off or on the float or vehicle throughout the duration of the parade.
That absolutely no political statements may be made on your entry and that violators will be immediately removed from the parade.
